My name is Mark Childress and I am the CEO of the business. I'm a licensed general contractor with the Secretary of State of Georgia to build from ground up, restore, or remodel your home or office even if its just one room. We are certified in ground erosion control and a certified firm by the EPA. We're a fully insured locally owned business so you can have the confidence that you need in knowing that you are covered by a secure company that can meet or exceed your expectations.

While 28 years ago we started out in the painting business as the middle Georgia painting company and soon into hanging & finishing drywall and from there flooring, roofing and so on. We still do a lot of painting but we also have built custom homes from under $100,000.00 to nearly a million dollars. We make it a memorial and enjoyable time in your life. Taking the stress out of it by offering experienced professional help and advice.

Middle Georgia Restoration is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
